Having numbers in front of you before calling. A few of our conversations I waited while info was looked up. Also, more lead time regarding the wire transfer. Don’t assume it’s a matter of stopping by a bank and having the wire transfer initiated before heading to the closing. My physical credit union building is not convenient plus I had a 90+ minute drive to the closing location.
