Kristi was amazing every step of the way. When we first started shopping she was amazing at giving me the information I needed to feel comfortable crunching numbers on at a first time buyer. When it came time to purchase she was so responsive and amazing. We had a few other lenders we talked to but no one helped me feel as confident as Kristi did. Jesse did an amazing job working with us through the whole process. Once it came to underwriting Lori seemed a little unorganized and did not communicate very well at all. She would send multiple emails of different items needed and when I called I did not get an answer so I left an voicemail saying I would like to talk to her a get a single list of items needed so nothing got lost and she proceeded to send a new email thread 20 minutes later. I think she could just work on organization and communication a little bit to improve the customers experience

communication is always handled quickly. I know I can call on the weekends or later evening and I know the clients and myself will get to speak to a person and most of the time the issue is handled right then and there. If not first thing in the morning.
