The Cartmel Group was extraordinarily accommodating and made a competitive offer for our mortgage that won out in many ways over our usual lender. Because we had been with our previous lender for many years, we were apprehensive about accepting a loan from another lender. The Cartmel Group spent time explaining, in detail, how our credit affected our rates, how they were able to do better than our previous lender, and how the loan will be serviced. Members of the Cartmel Group were always responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls. I never had to wait long for a response and, at times, was treated as if I were their only client. Excellent service. 100% satisfied. Would recommend.
