One thing that could have been better was not being switched to another person in the middle of the loan! It made things confusing as in she thought we were having the escrow added in to loan and we weren’t so if we weren’t paying attention we could have signed the wrong things!

Tyler Cartmel was extremely helpful through the entire process. He worked after hours and during his own time to make sure everything was covered. Our mortgage took a little more documentation and effort due to being self employed. Tyler worked through all of this and kept us informed all along the way.
